TRAIL TACTICS - FINDING FLOW

If you’re ready to step up your riding, this course helps you find your rhythm on the trails. Learn to link corners, maintain momentum, and handle more challenging terrain. By the end of the day, you’ll be riding smoother, faster, and with greater confidence.

We will cover:

  • Body Position

  • Bike Handling skills

  • Generating momentum - trail / corners

  • Roots and rocks

  • Braking for flow

  • Mindset for progression

All sessions start at 9:30am and run until 3:30pm. We will stop for breaks and lunch.

Fitness level required: You must be able to ride at an easy pace, for around 2 hours.

Skill level: Intermediate. Be comfortable on reds, and some black features.

Distance covered within the course, around 15km.
