Roots, rocks and drops on trail
Mindset for progression
All sessions start at 9:30am and run until 3:30pm. We will stop for breaks and lunch.
Fitness level required: You must be able to ride at a moderate pace, for around 3 hours.
Skill level: Intermediate. Be comfortable on blacks and some natural trails
Distance covered within the course, around 15km.
